Sticky Ypsi
Sticky was formed for the purpose of conducting not-for-profit activities pursuant to the Michigan Nonprofit Corporation Act, Public Act 182 of 1962 and for the furtherance and promotion of the social welfare for the public as it relates to alternative healing and pain management methodology, resources and education, to promote safety and awareness of drugs, medical cannabis and other remedies, and to engage in limited lobbying activities as permitted by Section 501 (c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code and all future derivations thereof. The net earnings of the Corporation are devoted exclusively to educational and social welfare purposes with limited lobbying. Sticky does not have shareholders or members, does not distribute profits or earnings to any person, and does not unlawfully discriminate. Sticky may engage in a limited amount of legal political activity provided that it is directly related to the Corporation's exempt purposes and does not constitute its primary activity. The Corporation will comply with all rules promulgated by the Internal Revenue Service regarding lobbying and political campaigning as described in Internal Revenue Code 501 (c)(4) and its related regulations and administrative rules, and all future derivations thereof. Sticky is funded solely by donations and fundraising activities. Your contributions to Social Welfare Organizations formed under 501 (c)(4) are generally not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes, but may be deductible as trade or business expenses in the ordinary and necessary in the conduct of your business.
