Stockport Grammar School

Stockport Grammar School has an impressive and comprehensive range of facilities to support pupils' development inside and outside the classroom. Founded in 1487, we are one of the oldest independent schools in the country and moved to the Hallam site in 1916. We are committed to continually investing in the school to ensure we provide an excellent environment for our pupils. Each department is housed in well-equipped rooms offering pupils the perfect atmosphere in which to learn. Outside the classroom our facilities include a swimming pool, a climbing wall, an all-weather pitch and numerous grass pitches; as well as performance spaces for music and drama.
