Stone Hill Contracting

Since 1981, Stone Hill Contracting Co., Inc. has been a leader in the construction industry, specializing in the construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities as well as landfills, bridges and water retention projects. Working throughout the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States, Stone Hill has clients in the private, public and municipal sectors. Stone Hill has dozens of repeat clients, who are grateful for the way Stone Hill attempts to team with them as well as the design professional on each of their projects. Stone Hill Contracting has been involved in design build construction for many years, partnering with some of the largest design firms throughout the country. They have established themselves as a leader in this area, including the fact that in association with the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) and Pennsylvania Section of the American Water Works Association (PA AWWA) Stone Hill took the lead in establishing the Annual Pennsylvania Water Design Build Conference. This conference under the direction of Stone Hill's Director of Development, Bob McIntyre, is held each year in conjunction with the PA AWWA Annual Conference. Stone Hill feels a responsibility to give back to the industry that has supported them since 1981, as such they are big supporters of the organization Water For People, which was established in 1991, by leaders within the American Water Works Association, in an effort to provide an opportunity for water industry professionals to help raise awareness and funds about the needs for clean water and sanitation in developing countries. Stone Hill and their employees not only donate financial support but are also quite active in planning fund raisers and networking events throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey through their memberships in the state Water For People Committees.
