Stonesfair Financial was founded in 1993. Since that time, Stonesfair has grown impressively and now owns and operates nearly 2000 units. Our communities include Turlock, Davis, Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Roseville, and Tucson. Stonesfair also owns a property in Billings, Montana. All of these properties each have unique amenities and demographics. Our Business approach is straightforward, acquiring and maintaining properties as long term investments.
