We are developing business continuity related solutions for more than 15 years and are trusted by some well known brands. For a long time we have been mainly working together with the IBM business recovery center, that uses our software and services to support its customers. We have always been offering our solutions as a hosted service and provided our clients with additional consultancy services. Along the way consultancy became the biggest share of our business. However we realized that, although we liked the personal contacts with our customers during the consultancy projects, our real passion was the creation of state of the art software tools to help our customers. Therefore we have adapted our strategy and mission since the 2nd half of 2012 . e are now completely focusing on building the best Internet tools for business continuity. And of course we will not let our customers down when then need some implementation support. Originally we started because our long term business partner, the IBM Business recovery center, told us about their frustration to be unable to find a solution for telephony recovery. Their goal was to find a general solution that would enable IBM to provide a service for telephony recovery that could be sold as an independent service or as a part of an office recovery service ( temporary office space including infrastructure). We showed IBM our tCube Telephony Recovery Server for Services Providers. This was our take off in the market for business continuity solutions. Later we developed our other solutions , Alert! and OPF ( online Procedure Framework) , all based on real life customer needs and frustrations. The technology behind the Stormbits solutions is developed in house. This allows for an unparalleled ability to satisfy customers current and future needs. It also allows us to give the best possible customer support. With the Stormbits solutions in place, users will have the ease of mind that they are prepared for any unexpected event. They will always have access to a backup phone system so they will always be able to communicate via a personal phone call during unexpected events. From any place, anytime they will know exactly what to do, checking their task lists in the cloud-based business continuity and crises management plans managed by Planachute. And last but not least, they will always be in control of all information and communication processes, as all contacts can be automatically informed and/or alarmed with one click using the advanced Ripples system.
