STORM is a specialist cyber risk and cyber incident advisory unit set up by highly experienced information security and cyber insurance experts to deliver to our clients a new, refreshing and much more effective approach to risk and incident management. STORM is an acronym for 'Strategic, Tactical & Operational Risk Management'. These are the three levels of control in any organisation and managing risk using strategy, tactics, and operational process enables organisations to achieve optimum performance. Organizations are built with the goal of profitability in mind, and thus the organizational control approach is a process that incorporates both the goals of a company and the strategy used in which to pursue them. Our core team have over 100 years of collective experience and knowledge at all strata of organisations, from the board room to operational delivery. We have worked extensively in a range of business sectors including in financial services, central and local government, utilities and a range of blue chip organisations.
