Stragilon was founded by Filip Moriau who is also its current Managing Director. Leadership & the Future of Work are my passion & main focus areas. I want to contribute positively to the changes we see in the way we work now and in the future. Technological innovation is changing the very nature of work and we need to find ways to help people in embracing these changes. For the last 20 years, I have been both in Managerial & Executive HR roles in industry as well as in consulting roles for global companies. I have been concentrating on changing the way we manage people by combining innovative learning methods & re-engineering people management.
