Strasbourg Conseil

Strasbourg Conseil was created in 2005 in order to offer consulting resources and methodological support to public authorities in three main fields: higher education, research policies, and innovation policies. As a private company, Strasbourg Conseil acts mainly on behalf of national ministries, economic development agencies, local and regional authorities as well as universities and other higher education and research organisations. Strasbourg Conseil provides its clients with analyses of the higher education areas, framework conditions and resources. Through the process of in-depth investigations of research landscapes and innovation systems, it also supports them with the definition of strategies and the development and implementation of accompanying measures. In addition to its permanent staff, Strasbourg Conseil employs regularly a network of experts from France, Canada, Germany, Norway and the UK.
