Stratcon Properties is a family-owned and managed business that was started in 1969. Through three generations of Zwerdlings owning the properties, we've strived to make our tenants feel like they are a part of our family. We manage three apartment buildings: Shakespeare Apartments (490 Sherwood Ave), Sherwood Apartments (498 Sherwood Ave) and Avon Apartments (1126 Stratford Ave). Between our warm family atmosphere and attentive service, we make sure that all of our tenants' needs are met.
