String & Splinter Club

The String & Splinter, High Point's City Club, is dedicated to providing its members with fine dining, extraordinary service and incomparable Southern hospitality. From the basement of the Sheraton Hotel where it all began in 1957, to its current two-story location in Market Square, the String & Splinter has consistently offered a first class experience in warm and gracious surroundings. Guests can feel at home in the String's formal main dining room, informal mahogany bar, variety of intimate private dining rooms or courtyard patio under the stars. Originally founded by members of High Point's furniture and hosiery industries, the String & Splinter maintains the essence of its local historic roots, yet strives to evolve to meet the changing needs of its members.
