Steamship Shipbroking Enterprises Inc. was founded in April 2010 and has an established office in Palaio Faliro, Greece (pursuant to art.25 of Greek Law 27/1975), acting as a broker for two major publicly listed companies, Diana Shipping Inc. (NYSE: DSX) and Diana Containerships Inc. (NASDAQ: DCIX) as well as Diana Wilhelmsen Management Limited in Cyprus. The company covers a wide range of chartering and sale and purchase activities.
