We develop and apply progressive and efficient management procedures to effectively serve our clients on a proactive basis. Our attention to detail and responsiveness enable us to generate a large portion of our work from repeat customers. Much of our work is secured on a negotiated or fee basis in order to provide pre-construction expertise and thus increasing our value-added contribution to the project. Summit Construction utilizes an independent safety consulting firm that provides advanced training and random safety audits on all construction projects to maintain a safe work environment for our employees and partners. In an environment of increasingly condensed schedules safety remains our highest priority.
