Since 1968, SDM has provided quality care, loving attention and support to our wonderful patients that are no longer capable of living alone. We are a not-for-profit skilled nursing home offering short and long term care to individuals of all ages. SDM is Medicare and Medicaid certified and licensed by the state of South Dakota Department of Health.
