Sun Mountain Doors has been manufacturing thermofoil components since 1996 for various industries including kitchen and bath, store fixture, closet organization, and office furniture manufacturers. Our state-of-the art manufacturing facility utilizes the latest technology in Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) routers and membrane presses to produce quality components at very cost competitive price points. We currently operate 6 CNC machines, 2 membrane presses, and an automatic buffing line. Our production line is barcode driven which ensures order accuracy from initial order to shipment. Our quality product line includes: thermofoil cabinet door and drawer fronts, utilizing both one piece and 5 piece construction; cabinet refacing products; thermofoil fascias for closet organizers, thermofoil worksurfaces for cubicles and private offices; and custom components for store fixtures. We offer 56 stock colors and are continually adding new designs to our portfolio. Sun Mountain Doors prides itself in being a very customer-oriented business.
