In 1963, William Bone founded Sunrise Company. In the decades since, Sunrise has constructed over 16,000 homes and condominiums, co-developed two resort hotels and developed 22 resort communities, numerous apartment buildings, a fractional ownership resort, office buildings, shopping centers and commercial hotels.
