This is achieved through training and empowering our employees to make quick decisions at their functional areas. All critical decisions are taken by the managing director thus ensuring a quick turnaround times in quoting for clients and delivering on orders. More than 95% of the work is done in-house as most of the platforms and printed material are manufactured and printed in the company workshops in Manzini and Matsapha. The experienced in-house graphic designers ensure that designs are produced and/or reworked expediently in order to deliver on time to the clients. Jobs that cannot be done in-house due to equipment incapacity or work overload are sent to partner companies in South Africa where they get high priority. Equipment and materials are procured from the international markets in order to get the best quality and prices which are passed on to our clients. This also ensures that our clients have access to the latest technology in the sector at the same time with the rest of the world. Our Approach:
