Supplenta Informatics Pvt Ltd has been trading since March 2008. Our principal activities are providing software development solutions and transcription services. On the software engineering side, to date, we have worked on a diverse range of telecommunications oriented products including: SBS Call Manager™ - a full featured callcentre solution SBS Text Messenge™r - a product utilising SMS text messages for business applications SBS Lock Automation™ - a solution for Cash-in-Transit and One Time Combination lock management Our products have been created using experience of over 20 years in the telecommunication market. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service and creating products that are exceptionally easy to use addressing real business needs. Most of our solutions are business critical and central to driving revenue for our customers. Therefore it is a key requirement that our systems are highly reliable and available.
