Support Warehouse

Support Warehouse

Support Warehouse was formed in 2005 to meet the requirements of Hewlett-Packard to provide a reminder service to their end user customers of Support Services in the event that their support entitlement expired. The service provides end users with a postal, email and/or telephone reminder if support has not been renewed at the point of expiry. Customers can choose to purchase their ongoing support needs from any authorised partner or directly from Support Warehouse. This activity is now carried out by Support Warehouse in the UK, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Austria, Canada and the US and is governed by the terms of a global Master Supplier Agreement with Hewlett-Packard. Over the past 10 years the company has developed expert level knowledge of the full portfolio of Support Services available from Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP Inc. We are able to consult with customers to establish the Support Service that best meets their needs and their available budgets. Our aim is to provide HP's customers with the information they need in order to make an informed purchase decision. Support Warehouse now employs some 75 people in our offices in Yorkshire, England and continues to invest in people, processes, systems and facilities to ensure that we deliver the best possible service to our customers.
