Surety is a regional mortgage bank, not as big as the megabanks (and that's a good thing which we'll cover in other posts). We combine an entrepreneurial spirit with the stability and resources that come from the banking side of lending. Surety works with all the major investors, giving us the ability to offer, close and sell a broad array of loan products. We are a delegated underwriter and underwrite to each investor's guidelines rather than one set of all-inclusive overlays. This gives us maximum flexibility in our loan approvals. Surety has multiple warehouse lines; we are well-capitalized and well-positioned for growth in the current market. Surety has complete fulfillment services onsite-which include in-house HVCC-compliant appraisal desk, delegated underwriting, document drawing, funding and shipping. We don't "hand off the deal.
