Susi Air
PT. ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation or Susi Air is a holder of Air Operator Certificate AOC 135-028. It was established in 2004 by Minister Susi Pudjiastuti and started with Indonesia's first two privately operated Cessna Grand Caravan C208B aircraft (seating capacity 12 passengers with maximum payload 1,100 Kg). Minister Susi Pudjiastuti's initial business plan was to revolutionise Indonesia's fishing industry where from remote airstrips, the two aircraft were used to transport the daily catch of thousand fishermen along the Java's southern coastal areas to Jakarta. When the Tsunami struck Aceh in December 2004, in the face of this sudden and overwhelming need, Susi Air's Cessna Grand Caravans switched from hauling fresh fish to flying round-the-clock relief flights, bringing needed supplies and medical evacuation personnel to remote areas of Indonesia. Susi Air provided the first aid delivery to the fishing town of Meulaboh, on the west coast of Indonesia's Aceh Province, where at least 15,000 lives were lost in the disaster. The current fleet includes 32 Cessna Grand Caravan, 9 Pilatus PC-6 Porter, 3 Piaggio P180 Avanti II, LET 410 and 2 Agusta Helicopters. Susi Air offers scheduled flights and on demand charter for VIP guests, groups and cargo. Their qualified will take you to any of the more than 650 destinations in all of Indonesia and to neighboring countries.
