Susquehanna Glass

Susquehanna Glass is a family-owned and operated business. Today, it flourishes under the leadership of third-generation owner Walt Rowen, the grandson of original partner, Walter Roye. Walt initially joined the family business upon graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1975. As current CEO, he is primarily responsible for developing the long term strategy of the company; however he continues to work with some of the company's largest accounts. With his years of experience in the glassware and tabletop industry, along with extensive work in product development and sourcing, he has ushered the company into the 21st century. In his spare time, Walt enjoys skiing, sailing, traveling, swimming and riding his motorcycle. He and his wife, Kate, reside in a beautifully renovated townhouse in Lancaster. They have three children and three grandchildren.
