At Sustainable Square we offer formal training sessions upon the request of our partners. You and your staff will learn everything you need to know to operate and manage your CSR and sustainability programs, so there is no need for hiring an extra expert to maintain the system. Our corporate sustainability trainings are based on a 5 steps process that we follow while we get engaged with each of our partners. We always aim to ensure that we deliver the right training solution and that our partners realize the best return on their investment. We usually start by evaluating our partners' articulated CSR and sustainability processes, programs or competencies gaps to affirm that training goals are aligned with our partners' issues, that inputs and outputs are measurable; and that the resulted insights provided will add the expected value. We then work closely with our partners to design a comprehensive CSR and sustainability learning solution that best align with our partners' specific needs. During the training, we follow the approach of "teaching how to fish and not giving the fish"; we focus on the practical aspects of the topic and we staff our trainings with exercises and analysis of real case studies. We strive to make sure that our partners' representatives realize the best return on their time investment and feel well equipped with insights to apply them back in their daily work.
