Swartz Consulting, LLC is a Kansas City company, founded in 1991 by Melissa Swartz. We began our business because we saw a need in the Kansas City area for telecommunications consultants who are technically expert, unbiased, and independent. The increasing complexity of the telecommunications market makes it difficult for organizations to handle all aspects of telecommunications without assistance. While vendors are often willing to provide advice in many areas, our clients have turned to us because they know that we are on their side, and will always look after their best interests. We pride ourselves on being straightforward with all parties, having realistic expectations, and being easy for all involved to deal with. Today our firm handles system acquisition, bill auditing, long distance service selection, system engineering and design, hardware and software management and support, long distance management, network management and many other facets of telecommunications management. Our experience ranges from product development to engineering, installation, and maintenance. We also have a rare insight into how vendors set prices, handle service, as well as installation procedures and shortcuts. Since we also act as the telecommunications department for some of our clients, we have a thorough understanding of the user issues that come up as well. Swartz Consulting, LLC is devoted to providing excellent customer service. We are careful to only take on projects when we can devote our attention to them. Our goal is to provide superb service to a few selected clients, rather than average service to many firms. We are independent consultants; we have no ties to any vendors or products. We do not receive "commissions" or any form of payment from anyone other than our clients. Our clients can be assured that our focus is locked firmly on meeting their needs, and that our approach is unbiased. Because we have worked for various telecommunications vendors, we understand how they operate, how they price their services, and how to get the best price and performance from them. We put our experience to work for our clients, to ensure that they receive the highest quality equipment and services from their vendors, at competitive prices.
