Sweidan Industrial Services has built a comprehensive warehouse located in Riyadh city to serve the cement market in Saudi. The warehouse will be a reservoir for strategic stock, acting as a buffer zone in the supply chain to minimize the risk associated with improper maintenance planning, supply chain deficiency, and /or sudden equipment failures that will interrupt at the end of the day the operation of the cement plant and will cause damages for our customers. The well designed and carefully maintained warehouse will host emergency spares (equipment with the longest lead time, critical parts, and key components) from the main equipment suppliers for most of our customers, ensuring that the receipt, protection and dispatch of the goods to our customers are carried out as efficiently as possible. Our aim in constructing this warehouse is to actively focus on the needs of our dear customers. Ensuring that if an emergency should happen; we will be ready with our armor of strategic stock, to speedily handle this emergency and get the plants' operation back on track, with minimum loss of time and production capacity, and in the end succeed in achieving customer satisfaction.
