SWL&P offers a variety of payment plans and customers should call SWL&P at 1-800-227-7957 or 715-394-2200 to learn more about their options. Customers who already are on a payment plan are encouraged to call SWL&P to verify that their plan remains active. SWL&P has also proposed a new payment option, pending approval from the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW), that offers additional resources for customers facing financial hardship because of the pandemic. Details regarding the new payment option will be shared with customers after PSCW final approval.
