Sybit GmbH was founded in 2000 and now has some 170 employees providing consulting services to renowned customers, predominantly corporations and globally operating SME companies from the plant engineering, high-tech, automotive, and medical technology sectors, assisting them in realizing sophisticated SAP and Hybris projects, now including the key technology of the SAP C/4HANA suite. Sybit will continue to operate under its own brand name after the takeover. The two parties have agreed to aim for itelligence AG gradually acquiring further shares, and ultimately full ownership, in Sybit. Thomas Regele, co-founder and CEO of Sybit GmbH: "I am pleased that we can now offer our customers a wider international perspective. The founder and CEO of Sybit GmbH, Thomas Regele, as well as the entire management team and the Sybit workforce will continue their careers at Sybit.
