Because of the diversity and extent of the software products, each of our training programmes is structured to accommodate varying levels of user requirements - from introductory and standard module user procedures, to the more advanced requirements of management. The objective of the training is to ensure each participant at every training level gains a thorough knowledge of the software product, its procedures and features as well as an understanding of how to utilise the product to ensure the maximum benefit is obtained. At Times 3 Technologies we believe that training is fundamental to the success and maximisation of any system. Training helps to establish higher levels of user competence and confidence, and as a result employee performance, productivity and job satisfaction is enhanced. In order to ensure the optimum training environment, the number of participants for each course is limited to eight. However, for specific courses or in special circumstances a total number of twelve participants can be accommodated. For the specific client or user courses, customised course notes can be requested. An additional fee will be levied proportionate to the consultancy time required for the production of these course notes. For Sage X3 notes, Times 3 Technologies has already generated "Quick Reference Cards" for the most popular functions. This enables the quick compilation of User Specific Training Programs ensuring that the users are trained only on the content they require. A certificate of course completion is provided to each participant who successfully and competently completes the course. This certificate will be forwarded within a 4-week period after completion of the course. At the end of a course each participant will be requested to complete a course critique questionnaire. This feedback and comment is extremely valuable as it plays a vital role in the planning and preparation of all our future training programmes to ensure that the service we provide our clients is professional, relevant and beneficial. Ultimately our underlying strategy is to empower the users within our clients, thus minimising our involvement in the day to day running of the application. This goal will be achieved by understanding the current users' knowledge levels and provide a training plan to ensure that the users are provided the knowledge required to become capable of the day to day running of the system. Once this has been achieved, Times 3 Technologies' involvement would be to provide remote support assistance to the users through our support desk; however onsite consulting will still be used for complex, new or special projects. We support and encourage a train-the-trainer approach, especially for large organisations, since it has a twofold benefit: it facilitates the transfer of knowledge to skilled individuals in the business for more sustainable self-sufficiency and repeatability of learning, as well as reducing costs for the organisation. We would be happy to provide any combination of direct training and train-the-trainer training as required by the client organisation.
