T.A.D. Builders Ltd was formed in 1977 as a partnership and subsequently incorporated as a limited company in 1979. Starting as a fledgling company, its initial work source emanated from private individuals for grant type work. The Company was successful in being placed on Llanelli Borough Council's Select Tender List and was awarded a contract to refurbish & extend thirteen Council owned properties. Following on from this early achievement, T.A.D. Builders Ltd were then successful in being placed on various public body tender lists completing a very wide and diverse range of projects from minor maintenance works for the former Midland Bank (now HSBC) to major new builds for Housing Associations and Local Authorities such as Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Carmarthenshire County Council, Swansea City Council, Family Housing, Swansea Housing, and Gwalia, T.A.D. Builders Ltd are a family run company, directed daily by two of the founders, Anthony & Delwyn Jones. The Company is proud to have the next generation of family members taking a very active role in the operations of the business. Thus ensuring that our company motto - "Building on Traditional Values", is maintained. On the 1st January 2010, T.A.D. Builders Ltd moved into new prestigious offices at Temple Works, Llanelli. These offices offer the opportunity of further expansion with ample parking spaces and a yard comprising 1.5 acres. On a financial note, you will see from the company accounts, T.A.D. Builders Ltd have been successful despite the recession we have found ourselves in and continually grow and add to what is already a strong balance sheet.
