TAG was established in 1988 and immediately developed a team of engineers capable of servicing all types of catering equipment including gas, combination ovens, gas ranges, induction and refrigeration. Positive feedback from both customers and suppliers encouraged us to set up installation and design teams. We developed a reputation for specialising in non-standard installations and the challenge of unusual projects that other companies avoided. Not a company to stand still, expansion of our design services means we now provide full 3D walkthrough images, some of which can be seen on this website We continue to improve and grow our maintenance services and have recently upgraded to specialist service software; we can provide digital worksheets, engineer tracking and full appliance history. We still carry out service and breakdown work, predominently within the M25, although our installations take us nationwide. TAG has developed into a company that provides a full complement of services for the professional food service environment, without losing the integrity or values that were our starting inspiration. We boast some of the most famous restaurants, hotels and catering establishments as clients and still have original customers from 25 years ago.
