We specialize in assisting Super Yachts with the sourcing and placement of crews whether on a daily, a seasonal or a permanent basis. The traits for potential crew members that we believe are most important are that they are good at what they do and that they are reliable, and it is these two traits by which we filter and screen all of the candidates in our database. In order to ensure that we have a wide network of available candidates we work closely with similar agencies in both Australia and New Zealand and should we be unable to source candidates locally, we are able to present some candidates who are already based in the Pacific. From the perspective of potential crew members, this is an open door to finding work in the Pacific and for those coming to Tahiti on a delivery it presents them with the opportunity of having a new position lined up for them as soon as they arrive. This migration has, over the years, earned the status of a Rally and Tahiti Crew began collaborating as a marine agent in 2014 with the participants whose fleet numbers approximately 120 vessels each year.
