TAKAMATSU MACHINERY CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of machine tools and other industrial machines. The Company has two business segments. The Machine Tool segment is engaged in the manufacture, sale and provision of maintenance services of computer numerically controlled (CNC) lathes and non-CNC lathes, as well as the manufacture and sale of parts and collect chucks. The Others segment is engaged in the manufacture of information technology (IT)-related manufacturing equipment and the processing of automobile parts. The Company has two subsidiaries and two associated companies. The Company acquired Sheet Metal Processing Business from Japan-based company on October 1, 2008.
