𝕆𝕦𝕣 𝕊𝕥𝕠𝕣𝕪! there was no master plan or great strategy, only a burning desire to aid those who may otherwise be denied a rewarding career. on a chilling winter afternoon, two guys chatted over an idea. the following week, a phone call from a mutual acquaintance sowed the seed that would eventually grow into the great platform we know today as talent steer. we've established a convergence that helps both the talents and the employees achieve their objectives. in january 2023, two of us, rahul, namesake, joined forces to create talent steer. employers and jobseekers put their faith in us since we make the selection process more accessible and more pleasant for them. we've never had a rejected offer and can operate within your budgetary limits. jobseekers are the most crucial part of the hiring ecosystem. we prepare them cognitively and emotionally to shine in job interviews. we wish to remain grounded in our fundamentals by fostering a candid, transparent, and results-driven wo
