Tallarico’s Chocolates

Tallarico's Chocolates was opened in November of 2004. After an 11-year apprenticeship, Brian Tallarico, decided it was time to begin his journey into the business of chocolate confections. He pulled together all of the influences he was exposed for this endevour. Everything from growing up in family kitchens, and living and traveling in Tuscany, to getting a fine arts degree, and raising three children with his wife Deborah. Looking around the store you can get a pretty good sense of who he is and what he's up to. (A large plate glass window looks in on the small factory where the magic takes place) Stop in and you're sure to get a smile, a sample and a story.
