Tania Grindeman

Tania Grindeman, sales associate with REMAX Select One, was born and raised in Southern California. She has made her home in Orange County since 1987. Tania currently lives in Laguna Niguel, married to Bill, and has four adult children, Skye, Chase, Michaela, and Dorian. Tania's favorite pastimes are family dinners, cycling, and sailing. Tania's number one goal is negotiating the best outcome, whereby good communication and cooperation facilitates a close working relationship between all parties, and teaching clients about the ever changing real estate market maximizes her clients benefit in each transaction. Tania attributes her real estate success to dedication as a mother, spouse, teacher, and the ability to retain customers, referrals, and friendships.
