TARGET Consulting, is an advisory enterprise, located in Heraklion, Crete. The enterprise is the successor of TARGET Consulting that is activated and strategically operates in the advisory-consultancy services sector since 1996. The executive manager director, Mr Yannis Baltzakis, with postgraduate studies at City University of London (MSc) and published handbooks, is an executive advisor of enterprises and organizations not only in private but in public sector as well. His experience begins since 1990 and his personal record shows a vast plethora of achieved business advices and successfully conducted appraisals onto Small to Medium size Enterprises especially within Crete, however without being absent from developments and projects abroad and more concretely in England in the consultancy field. More specifically, Target Consulting is a medium size, private sector Company with associated partners not only at Heraklion but also at Chania and Thessaloniki. The strategic approach of the company that gives direction to the mission is to fully support companies and organizations in terms of consulting on future course of action and strategic synchronization of opportunities and capabilities. It conducts proposals with regards to new ventures, investment appraisals, development and sustainability analysis, human resource management solutions to companies and organizations, assisting companies to structure and implement marketing planns, environmental audit and management support.
