Targetfour
Targetfour was originally established in 1986 to provide development and support of IBM to ICL Mainframe File Transfer Software used by some of the UK's leading High Street Retailers. As the company grew, Targetfour successfully delivered a number of software development and consultancy projects for various Blue Chip Clients including several leading International Banks. More recent projects have included the development of an Internet based Survey Product for a leading International Survey Organisation and ePatient, an Electronic Patient Records System developed in conjunction with Moorfields Eye Hospital. In the early 1990s Targetfour was approached to develop the PKZIP Data Compression products for IBM Mainframe and Midrange Platforms. These products quickly became the best selling Large Platform Data Compression solutions worldwide. In the mid to late 1990s Targetfour entered the Systems Management arena having been approached to sell a Desktop Management Solution. By 1999 Targetfour was the UK's Reseller of the Year for the IBM Tivoli IT Director product. Systems Management quickly expanded to include solutions for Storage, Network, Server and Helpdesk Management and by 2002 Targetfour was Frontrange Solutions North European Partner of the Year.
