Each project has a dedicated project team made up of a Project Manager, Project Engineer(s), Production Engineer(s), Planner(s)/Project Control(s) and QC Personnel. ??Once the technical and the commercial terms have been agreed upon, Tasha management select a project team and immediately start on the various project activities.
