Joe Haggerty has been a proud union member for over 30 years. He has worked for DC 37, is retired from Teamsters Local 804 and is currently a member of ATU Local 1179. We also prepare returns for all skilled building trades such as electricians, carpenters, plumbers and laborers. Our vast experience makes us experts in filing schedule E (multi-family house returns). Schedule E's have been a target of compliance officers in the last few years. In the last three years, we've seen more audits with these types of returns than in our previous twenty years. We have helped many people correct previous year's tax returns and have gotten them compliant with IRS regulations. If you like, we can review previous year's tax returns for free. We will make sure you are fully compliant with IRS regulations with the information you give us. We can also file returns for any previous years that you have not filed. You cannot negotiate any type of settlement with the IRS or state unless you have filed all previous year's tax returns. We have a CPA on staff to do all negotiating with IRS and state agencies.
