Previously we worked for some of the largest manufacturers and dealers in the UK, supplying multi-functional devices, printers, scanners and fully managed print services to a vast range of companies - from SMEs to multinational corporations. We have provided equipment from many major manufacturers including Xerox, Canon, Ricoh and Konica Minolta. That means we know the industry inside out. Over the years working in the industry, we felt that a business buying in stock and then employing salespeople to SELL that stock to customers has way too many CONFLICTS OF INTEREST to be able to offer REAL ADVICE. In our opinion, it's just not possible. We decide to raise this issue with potential clients and ask what they needed from an office equipment supplier. The answers were very clear - No smoke and mirrors, or sales pitches. Just accurate, trustworthy data, confidence in clear prices and a process that took as little of their time as possible. The TBA approach was born. We now have a strong client base who see us as long-term partners in their continuing drive for optimum operational and financial efficiency around all areas of their documents and output. In our own strive for continuous improvement, we now work with clients to REDUCE PRINT VOLUMES, automate workflow and help them transition from PAPER to DIGITAL, and operate a PAPER LIGHT business.
