Tri-County Computer Services Association

The Midland COG is governed by representatives from each of the participating public school districts served by TCCSA. TCCSA provides a full range of technical support services to Ohio K-12 school districts in Ashland, Holmes, Medina, and Wayne counties. TCCSA is recognized as one of twenty-three regional Information Technology Centers (ITC) as defined by the Ohio Department of Education.
