TCMStrata was established in 1989 in response to an evident need for a more personalised service in North Queensland. Each owner has direct access to their own TCMStrata manager, who works side by side with body corporate committees and owners, providing the right level of advice and assistance. TCMStrata manages approximately 350 buildings from Thursday Island to Brisbane, predominately servicing the regions of Cairns, Port Douglas, Mission Beach and Townsville. The directors of TCMStrata, together with their dedicated team of consultants and support staff, have many years combined experience in body corporate management, real estate sales, property management, valuation, development and strata consultancy.
