Frangenco, LLC, is a parent company comprised of two separate divisions, Top Coat Painters, and Ceiling Pro Cleaners. Frangenco was founded in 2002 by Frances A. Coviello and Gene N. Coviello. Based in Preston, CT, is independent , non-franchised company. We are a certified minority, woman owned entity (EDWOSB). Top Coat Painters is focused on being in the service industry. Painting and the other menu of products we provide are a service, and we recognize their importance. With that in mind we have built and continue to build on an outstanding reputation. Top Coat Painters is five star rated on Service Magic and A rated on Angie's List, the two major independent contractor rating services in the country. Our business is built on referrals, and we have demonstrated sustainability, having grown since our founding in 2002, despite the downturns in the housing building and remodeling industry. In 2008 we, decided to research other services in order to maintain the viability and growth of the company in tough economic times. We recognized the opportunity of becoming a certified dealer with Ceiling Pro International, a worldwide leader in ceiling cleaning and restoration. This product and service line complimented Top Coat Painters well. It reached a wider and more diverse market, has a tremendous untapped customer base, a clear competitive price advantage, and utilizes most of the same labor force and equipment. Ceiling Pro Cleaners is a perfect application for the current economy, a low cost, ecologically sound alternative to acoustical and vinyl ceiling replacement. Our products and services can save property owners up to 80% on their ceiling maintenance projects and eliminate disposal concerns. This new division of Frangenco became Ceiling Pro Cleaners, which allowed us to offer the same outstanding service in another related product offering. The combination of residential and commercial service applications have combined to accelerate our growth.
