TCRM employs Total Hotel revenue techniques to boost all revenue streams for each of its properties, including Rooms, Banquet Space, F&B, Gift Shop, Spa, Golf, and any other recreation or revenue centers each property may have, with a focus on both top and bottom line revenue. With a profit focused approach, TCRM uses proven techniques and leverages profitable relationships to bring hotels and resorts the bottom line results that keep their owners happy. Lily brings over 13 years of hospitality experience to TCRM, along with a vision to become the premier provider of Revenue Management services for the Hospitality community and beyond by exhibiting a high level of attentiveness and driving more profits to the bottom line for our clients. Having worked for many brands and independents in her career, including Hilton, Starwood, Hyatt, and IHG, Lily brings a balanced approach with extensive knowledge of the industry and the competitive landscape. Lily earned a B.S. in Hotel Management from Johnson & Wales University in Denver, CO, and followed this with a Certification in Hospitality Industry Analytics (CHIA), a Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager (CHRM) designation from AH&LA, and a Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) designation from HSMAI.
