Founded in 1988, TDArx, Inc. is committed to establishing and maintaining a dynamic partnership with every customer. When Michael "Mike" Shuping and Larry Halsey founded TeleData Services, Inc., (TeleData) they recognized the critical need for a telecommunications company that could combine leading edge technology with top quality service and customer support. As technologies evolved and changed through the years, TeleData also evolved and changed into a more data orientated provider to meet the needs and demands of business, industries and governmental customers. In order to best meet the technology needs and demands of customers and the community, they needed to have professionals with extensive skills, knowledge, and experience with all types of technologies. As a result, an agreement between TeleData and Arx Technologies Inc. (Arx) took place. Arx Technologies, Inc. founded in 2001 by Wesley "Wes" Walker, Arx had been fulfilling the IT needs of local businesses. Arx had over 300 customers and eight certified data technicians that made the transition as the two companies. The combined companies became TDArx, Inc. TDArx, Inc.'s (TDArx) current position as an industry leader is based on those same principles, and on a determination to keep pace with an ever-changing industry, making the latest application solutions available to customers at all times. By merging TDArx's has elevated it's service offerings to a higher level. They've gained significant expertise in new technologies that are reshaping the way businesses communicate. By offering telecommunications, Hosted and Managed Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Data Networking technologies, Remote Data Backup and Storage, fully manned 24/7 Network Operations Center, Data, Optimization Center (NOCDOC) and video surveillance systems the new company is truly able to provide businesses with a virtual IT Department to meet the ever-changing customer's needs.
