Anne focuses on establishing and building client relationships in the various services that TDC Virginia provides. Anne comes to TDC Virginia Benefits & Risk Management from a career in education within the public school system and pharmaceutical sales where she focused on physician understanding and the benefits to patients. Anne's experience has helped her maintain excellent business relationships in Winchester and surrounding areas. She is a valued member of our team, assisting with the development of affordable benefit solutions for the businesses and families of our community. Anne is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She is a mother of two and has been married to her husband, Ben Phelps, for 12 years. We are excited to have Anne join us and we look forward to having her fulfill the needs of our surrounding communities.
