T&D utilizes the finest turning equipment available in the industry and has full CNC and special combination Manual/CNC equipment for special applications. We utilize spindle speeds up to 6,000 rpm with up to 2-1/2" Dia through spindle & up to 8" dia Chuck work. With years of combined experience, T&D produces high precision components at attractive prices for both small and large quantity runs. Some of our equipment include: Star SR32J Swissturn with bar capacity up to 32mm (1.260") diameter, coupled with FMB 12 foot bar feed and high pressure coolant system.
