Teachers On Reserve

Teachers On Reserve, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Leslye Janusz. She is an experienced private school educator who recognized the need for qualified skilled substitute teachers in Private and Independent Schools. In 1999, Leslye hired Gay Hennessy, another experienced educator, to direct the substitute division of Teachers On Reserve. When Leslye retired in 2003, she sold the substitute division to Gay. Under Gay's direction, Teachers On Reserve LLC has grown to include the San Francisco Bay, Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange County, and San Diego areas.
