The Energy Authority

The Energy Authority is an aggregated company representing a group of public power utilities who formed as a result of the deregulation and wholesale OTC power market's emergence in 1996. It is a nonprofit corporation organized and operated under the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code. It maintains its headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, with two additional offices to service client accounts: the Seattle office in Bellevue, Washington and at the Portland office in Portland, Oregon. The company serves its customers through the provisioning of public energy solutions.
