Team Kilimanjaro actually manages every aspect of the local operation ourselves and doesn't subcontract to a local tour operator. So every aspect of our expedition is completely flexible. What this means is that if you're unsure how many people will be in your group, what dates are going to work best for you, or which route your group wants to climb, and you now only have a hunch or rough idea about these things, it doesn't matter! We encourage you to go ahead and book based on your best guess, and once you're in communication with your dedicated TK expedition coordinator, you can work out all the details and change your mind as often as you like on route, group size and climb dates. We also hire out some kit for climbers who a) need to minimise their luggage on flights and b) don't plan to use the equipment again on other adventures and cannot justify buying good quality equipment for just a single use on Kilimanjaro.
