We use integrated software to manage our accounting, homeowner and community information. This allows us to be expedient in responding to homeowner and Board needs. In addition, we have developed tried and true efficient processes for property transitions, as well as association related Requests for Proposal. Our team has over 65 years of experience in community and property management. This includes licensed community managers, customer service specialists, a human resource specialist and a certified public accountant. Several of our team members have served on their own association Boards and truly understand the challenges faced by Board members. The combination of these skills allows our team to advise Boards, address homeowner concerns and assist in determining timely and effective solutions. When an association member has a concern or request, their needs are met with an empathetic ear. The association's governing documents concerning the matter are referenced and explained to the association member.
